Jed Kessler has been in the food service industry for over 25 years.  At an early age Jed loved to host and entertain his friends and family.  When he was fifteen years old he entered the service industry, starting at local eateries and moving on to some of the finest dining restaurants in Bergen County, New Jersey.  He lives in his hometown of Fair Lawn, New Jersey with his wife, kids and two dogs.
