Our Policy Information
Free Consultation - Phone and Email Consultations are free of charge. It is our goal to understand your party needs before final pricing and scheduling is established. Please fill out the Event Request Form in the Contact Page, or call or email us directly with details about your event.
Holiday Events - Due to higher demand, Holiday scheduling and pricing may vary from normal. Please call us to discuss your Holiday Event. Holidays include: Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, And July 4th
Payment - Accepted payments include cash or check (Payable to Jed's Party Services). A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your event date per schedule. Final payment of the 75% balance will be due within 72 hours of your event.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations can be made at any time. If the event is rescheduled, any deposit that has been collected will be applied to the new event. However, if no future events are scheduled, the deposit is deemed non-refundable.
We provide service to the Northern New Jersey Area, including, but not limited to Bergen, Essex, Hudson and Passaic Counties.
